My grandmother used to tell me I had an “old soul” and that, simply enough, is what inspired the name Vintage Heart Farm. My husband Roger and I, with our daughter Emma in tote, have spent the last 10 years building this dream and we are so excited to share it with you! What began as a pursuit to live a simple country life has transformed into a endless creative endeavor filled with a tremendous amount of blood, sweat and tears but also filled to the brim with love.

Roger and I purchased these historic 23 acres in 2010 and simply haven’t stopped since. My husband dedicated the first few years to building the farmhouse of my dreams AND our beautiful barn that we designed together on a kitchen napkin one night at dinner. Any project or design I could dream up, Roger could bring to life! As we grew our farm, my desire to add cut flowers to our gardens grew as well! I remember the first time a farmers market patron bought that first bouquet of flowers that I had cultivated and grew with my own two hands. She was so overwhelmed by their simplistic beauty and witnessing the happiness it brought her changed my heart in such a way, I will never be the same. That love for flowers has only grown over the years. Our farm has produced thousands of cut flowers since! I began designing florals for weddings and events in 2015 and opened my first professional floral design studio, The Vintage Bouquet, in 2017. Vintage Heart Farm is now also home to over 300 heirloom David Austin Garden Roses and we hope to continue adding more and more with every year. We have worked on absolutely every project together as a family and have poured so much of our heart and soul into this dream. Our hope is that Vintage Heart Farm will be a place where joy and love is celebrated for years to come!

With love,
